Protocols
The relay was never meant to answer. It listens, stores, and occasionally echoes. These are the rules it still follows.
Listen first
Every inbound carrier is recorded for a minimum of 90 seconds before classification. No premature ACK is issued. Silence is treated as data.
Preserve the incomplete
Fragments are never discarded for low integrity. Partial headers, noise floors, and single-bit anomalies remain in the archive indefinitely.
No active interrogation
The array does not beam queries. Directed energy is reserved for diagnostic self-tests only. The void is not to be disturbed.
Local autonomy
All decision logic resides on-board. External command channels were disabled at deployment. This public interface cannot alter state.
Mirror without claim
Copies of this interface may be taken. The original continues its watch. No ownership is asserted over recovered material.
This site uses only local files: plain HTML, one shared stylesheet, one optional script, and an SVG favicon. No remote fonts, analytics, frames, or forms. It is intended to be copied whole and served from any static host.
